Hotel Montesol Benidorm

The hotel is pleasant and clean.

I was disappointed with the staff's attitude during check-in. The front desk employee was unfriendly, which soured my first impression. Breakfast service was subpar. The staff seemed busy chatting and were hard to find.

The hotel was exceptional, had newly remodelled rooms. The breakfast spread was good with bacon & eggs, sausages, a really good price-food. The location was perfect happy to help us with taxis. Besides, we were...  

The units are newly decorated, spotless.

The hotel is in an amazin location, close to the beach and the old town. Rooms are cleaned daily and comfy beds. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the bar prices are really cheap! Breakfast had somethin for everyone...

good value , but lacks outside space

The room was clean with daily housekeeping. The city view from the window enhanced my stay significantly. I appreciated the excellent air conditioning that kept the room comfortable during the heat.

The hotel has no area for outdoor relaxation.

would like to go back there again

Clean rooms with excellent air conditioning, and a powerful shower. The quadruple room had a nice balcony with a view and a tv. Breakfast downstares offered freshly baked croissants and complimentary red wine in the dining area. Easy five-minute walk to Levante Beach!

In a vibrant area packed with pubs and restaurants, the hotel stood out for its super clean cleanliness and accommodating staff. The room featured new furniture and a lovely balcony, a pleasant bonus. Meals were varied and included homemade sausages, a highlight. On the downside, the check-in process was less than friendly, and the noise from the street proved disruptive at times.

Good place with excellent air conditioning, tv, free wi-fi, and a 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with a room issue at night. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday!...  

The room was clean, but loud music disrupted my sleep nightly.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. My room was cleaned daily and the service staff were very helpful. The dining area offered a nice variety of food, a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the comfortable bed...  

A group stay revealed mixed experiences. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping the rooms cool, and housekeeping consistently replaced towels and made the beds. Some rooms had dirty marks on walls and signs of grime in the bathrooms, diminishing the overall impression of cleanliness. The location near the old town was a highlight. Although I didn't dine in, the appealing baguettes and croissants at the reception caught my eye.

I enjoyed my stay with a lovely clean room and amazing breakfast variety. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing. I'd still consider returning again soon.

The location was great, El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm was at a moderate distance from the hotel. I had a delightful stay. - the room was spotlessly clean with a massive terrace, comfortable beds, and a very nice temperature....
